Once a quarter at 6.00 pm on a Sunday Evening, we get together with our sister church, Bethany City Church and celebrate everything that unites us in the fellowship of Jesus Christ.

Bethany Christian Centre, in Houghton-le-Spring, is a Church that you can be a vital part of. We exist to glorify God and serve Him. We are so grateful for all that He has done in the past, and wish to praise and thank Him for His many blessings. But as we do so, we also want to dedicate ourselves to follow Him as we look to the future.

“I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you, to give you hope and a future”. (Jeremiah 29). So we, as God’s people, “press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called us heavenwards in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3). What a thrilling future we will have, if we fully trust our Lord and Saviour.
