Bethany Christian Centre has always been very interested in and supportive of mission work. At any time there are members of Bethany in various continents of the world serving many different spiritual and humanitarian needs.
The Bethany World Mission Ministry seeks to involve members of Bethany in:-
- praying intelligently for overseas missionaries
- giving support, whether practical or financial
- encouraging those on the mission field by writing and emailing
Mission must be relevant to us all on a daily basis. We have a local responsibility to spread the Gospel, but we also have a responsibility to ease the load of those working on our behalf in difficult, deprived and dangerous conditions abroad.
Many missionary workers and organisations are supported by Bethany; this list represents only a selection.
Ipusukilo Children’s Trust
Kelvin and Joyce Samwata have a huge burden for street kids in Zambia. Over the past few years they have started a programme to feed, educate, and bring the Gospel to these children. The Ipusukilo children’s home project seeks to provide a refuge for some of these children by building 4 homes in Chingola.

Provides sustainable development to alleviate povert as a demonstration of the Gospel. Projects include the Kalene Hydro Project is producing electricity and work continues on infrastructure development.

Medical Missionary News
