Commitment
We are committed to Jesus Christ as our Saviour. We seek to obey what the Bible teaches in every area of our lives. This also involves our commitment to attendance, service within the church and in our community and our practical and financial support of God's work here and overseas.
Accountability
In living our lives according to the Bible we seek to respond to its teaching, rebuking, correcting and training. We therefore take responsibility for our own words and actions. We develop friendships and relationships where spiritual accountability can take place seeking to spur one another on to Christ-likeness.
Care
We do not think more highly of ourselves than we ought. We value ourselves and others as individuals made in God's image. We seek to care, support and encourage one another as members of God's family. We want to be known as a caring, welcoming community which seeks to transform lives through the witness of Jesus Christ and the lifestyle of our members.
Opportunity
Through worship, teaching, small groups, programmes and relationships we provide opportunities for learning, training, friendship and most importantly, spiritual growth. We realize spiritual transformation is a process God initiates, continues and completes but recognize our responsibility to grow in Christ Likeness. We seek to encourage every member to be an active witness for Christ Jesus wherever we are, for some this could be service overseas.
Service
We aim to be good stewards of our time, gifts and resources at home, work and in the church. Our goal is to serve God in every area of our lives, using the resources He has given us to build His kingdom. We pursue excellence in all we do for God. We realise the privileged position we are in and have a keen desire to reach out to those less fortunate than ourselves in acts of practical support.
